We don't lend directly, but we connect you with trusted lenders who specialize in manufactured homes. They offer both home-only and land-plus-home loan options.

Question 2

What does 'turnkey service' mean?

Accepted Answer

Turnkey means we help guide you through the entire process. From securing permits and preparing the site to delivering and setting up the home, we're with you every step of the way. When we're done, you just turn the key and move in.

Timelines vary depending on whether you're buying a stock model or ordering custom, as well as permitting times in your county. We'll give you a clear estimate during your consultation.

Question 5

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We proudly deliver to and serve customers across Washington and Oregon.
