    We absolutely can set up in cities. It can depend on the covenant, conditions, and restrictions of your community, so check your local laws.

  • What is the average lifespan of a manufactured home?

    It is on par with normal foundation homes! It will last as long as it is taken care of.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We do not have financing, but we can assist you to find financing.

  • How do rates for manufactured homes work?

    They are based on current work and based on credit; if you do not have a loan offer, we can help set you up with one.
